Rosewater Spritz
If you’re looking for a rose toned cocktail to serve at your next party, try this recipe! The pomegranate juice gives it it’s pinkish color while the bubbles make it only more fun to drink. Serve it alongside sweets such as our Baklava or as a pre-dinner apéro.




Rosewater Spritz
TOTAL TIME: 10 minutes
SERVES: 4 people
Ingredients
- 1 cup sparkling water
- 2 tbsps rosewater
- 3 cups Prosecco
- 2 tbsps pomegranate juice for color and slight sweetness
- Ice
- 4 lemon slices
- Few dried rose blossoms for garnish, substitute with fresh rose petals
Instructions
- Combine sparkling water, ice, rosewater and pomegranate juice in a carafe and mix well.
- Top with Prosecco and stir gently.
- Pour and garnish each glass with a lemon slice and rose petals and serve.
